2.4 No-Contract Model

We operate on a no-contract basis. Services are provided on a per-project or ongoing support arrangement without long-term commitments or lease obligations.

3. Third-Party Products and Equipment

3.1 No Warranties on Third-Party Products

Regarding third-party products:

• All printer equipment is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms
• We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for warranty coverage
• Defects, malfunctions, or performance issues are governed by manufacturer policies
• We provide best-effort recommendations based on your stated needs
• Final product selection and purchase decisions remain with the client

3.2 Product Sourcing

We source products from authorized dealers and manufacturers. While we strive to recommend reliable products, we cannot guarantee the performance, longevity, or suitability of any third-party equipment for your specific use case.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Service Fees

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of the consultation
• Installation and setup fees are due upon completion of the work
• Equipment costs are handled separately and may require upfront payment
• Ongoing support is billed monthly or per incident as agreed

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

• Bank transfer
• Credit card (processing fees may apply)
• Other methods as mutually agreed

4.3 Late Payments

Past due amounts may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Services may be cancelled by either party with 24-hour notice
• Ongoing support arrangements may be cancelled with 30 days notice
• Work in progress will be billed pro-rata for completed portions
• Equipment orders may be subject to vendor cancellation policies

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for services not yet performed. Completed work and equipment purchases are generally non-refundable unless defective due to our error.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALLEY PRINTER PROS AND WISETECHY SOLUTIONSSHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Business interruption or downtime
• Third-party equipment failures or defects
• Network or connectivity issues beyond our control

6.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $1,000, whichever is less.

6.3 Time Limitation

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.
